Terms & Conditions:   Where a customer has a concern about any product received, such products may be returned for replacement or full refund, as the customer wishes, provided that the condition is the same as when delivered. However, customised musical instrument cases that were special orders cannot be returned. All return postage costs must be met by the customer.
